1. Acceptance of these terms
By connecting to the Unstable SMP Minecraft server, joining its Discord, or purchasing from its official store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the server or the store.
You must be at least the minimum age required to hold a Minecraft account in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
2. Server use and eligibility
The server is a public Minecraft survival multiplayer server. You need a legitimate, purchased Minecraft account to connect. Cracked launchers, offline mode clients, shared accounts, rented accounts and stolen credentials are prohibited and result in a permanent ban.
There is no whitelist. Access to the world is free and does not require a purchase.
3. Acceptable use
The server rules form part of these terms. In summary, you must not:
- Use hacked or cheating clients, including KillAura, reach, ESP, X-ray, fly or speed modifications.
- Exploit bugs, duplication glitches or server vulnerabilities, including lag machines and redstone abuse.
- Grief, destroy or steal from other players without an agreed raid or war.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate another person.
- Advertise other servers in chat, in public builds, or via unsolicited messages.
- Share or redistribute the address of unofficial copy-paste servers.
- Scam other players through fake giveaways, trade scams or item duplication.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Staff may issue warnings, mutes, temporary bans and permanent bans. Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the server team. Bans for cheating, exploitation and account theft are normally permanent.
Appeals are accepted through the appeals channel in the official Discord. Staff decisions are reviewed on their merits, but a review is not guaranteed.
5. Store purchases
Purchases made through the official store at /store-info/ are processed by the store platform. Ranks and cosmetic upgrades are optional and never required to access the world.
No purchase grants a gameplay advantage. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy.
Store balances, ranks and gems are licences to use the corresponding features. They are not financial instruments, are not transferable between accounts, and have no cash value outside the server.
6. Content and intellectual property
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB, which is part of Microsoft. This server is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation.
Player-created builds, skins and text remain the property of their creators. By publishing content in public areas of the world you grant the server team a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of the server.
7. Availability and changes
The server address, port, supported versions and features may change. Current values are published on the server IP page. Announcements about changes are posted in the official Discord first.
The server is provided on an as-available basis. No uptime guarantee is offered.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the server team is not liable for lost items, lost progress, account issues, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the server or store.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the server after a change means you accept the updated terms.
